With feed speeds of 12 to 22 m/min and comprehensive standard equipment, the TopEdge is designed for industrial line operation. CombiMelt PUR, Beckhoff control, milling unit, trimming unit, scraper blade, profile scraper blade, corner rounding AKF and pressure zone are all included as standard. The Beckhoff control enables full Industry 4.0 integration as with the FlexEdge.

This makes it the ideal solution for manufacturing heavy worktops, shop counters, laboratory furniture and other products from thick substrate materials. With edge thicknesses up to 25 mm, it also covers heavy solid wood edges.
The standard Beckhoff control makes the TopEdge the most future-proof edgebanding machine in the OTT portfolio. Via OPC-UA, production data can be transmitted in real time to MES and ERP systems. Recipe management, predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics are available as standard.
