The OTT TRANSedge is a specialized return system developed specifically for use in edgebanding lines with high cycle rates. It provides automatic workpiece return with seamless integration into existing production workflows and is optimized for maximum throughput. The TRANSedge is the ideal complement to the high-performance OTT models Storm+ and TopEdge.
Unlike the universally applicable TRANSlift, the TRANSedge is specifically tailored to the requirements of edgebanding lines. The control system is directly synchronized with the edgebanding machine, enabling precise timing and minimal cycle times. The system automatically detects the workpiece position and adjusts transport speed to match the production rhythm.
In a complete edgebanding line with Storm+ or TopEdge, the TRANSedge forms the backbone of the material flow. Automatic operation enables the line to be run with just one operator while throughput is maximized. Asamer is the authorized OTT dealer for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and works with you to plan the optimal configuration of your edgebanding line with TRANSedge.

Single-operator operation at maximum performance
With fully automatic workpiece return, the entire edgebanding line can be operated by a single operator. The TRANSedge handles transport, positioning and if required also turning of the workpiece. The saving of a second operator pays back the investment in a short time.

Choose the TRANSedge if you want to run a Storm+ or TopEdge line with maximum throughput and high cycle rate. Compared to the TRANSlift, the TRANSedge offers more specific optimization for edgebanding lines. For more compact setups, we recommend TRANScompact or TRANSlift.
