The OTT TRANSlift is a lifting return system that transports workpieces vertically, saving valuable floor space. Instead of returning workpieces horizontally, the TRANSlift lifts them to an upper level, transports them back above the edgebanding machine and lowers them again at the infeed. This principle significantly reduces the footprint of the production line.
The TRANSlift is the recommended return solution for the OTT models Storm+, StrongEdge, TopEdge and FlexEdge. It is designed for high volumes and continuous industrial operation and can be integrated into multi-level production lines. The vertical design makes it particularly attractive for operations looking to optimize their floor space utilization without sacrificing efficient workpiece return.
Compared to the TRANScompact, the TRANSlift offers more capacity and saves floor space at the cost of ceiling height. Compared to the TRANSedge, it is more versatile and not limited to edgebanding lines only. Asamer is the authorized OTT dealer for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and supports you in planning and integrating the TRANSlift into your production line.

Space optimization through vertical return
The TRANSlift uses the space above the edgebanding machine for workpiece transport. This frees up the floor space beside the machine for other purposes. Especially in production halls with limited floor space but sufficient ceiling height, the TRANSlift is the optimal solution.

As a return system for the professional and flagship models Storm+, StrongEdge and TopEdge, the TRANSlift is designed for continuous industrial operation at high cycle rates. Its robust construction ensures reliable operation even in three-shift production.
Buying Guide
Choose the TRANSlift if you want to save floor space and have sufficient ceiling height. It is the recommended solution for Storm+, StrongEdge and TopEdge. For compact workshops with Pacific+ or Tornado+, the TRANScompact is the better choice.
