In Detail
The OTT Storm+ is a high-performance edgebanding machine built for continuous industrial operation. At 7.8 metres in length with feed speeds of 12 to 22 m/min, it is designed for high volume output and maximum reliability. The machine processes edge thicknesses from 0.3 to 15 mm on board thicknesses up to 60 mm, covering the full range of common edge materials in industrial furniture production.
The Storm+ comes factory-equipped with CombiMelt PUR, enabling waterproof glue joints at the highest quality level. A pressure zone ensures consistent contact pressure across the entire edge length, which is essential for clean, bubble-free joint quality at high feed speeds. Equipment also includes milling unit, trimming unit, scraper blade and corner rounding AKF.
The robust construction of the Storm+ is designed for three-shift and continuous operation. Heavy cast bodies and precision guides ensure consistent processing quality even after years of intensive use. Combined with TRANSlift or TRANSedge return systems, a complete production line can be created. Asamer is the authorized OTT dealer for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and offers consultation, sales, commissioning, training and fast spare parts supply for the Storm+.

Moisture-resistant production with PUR
The factory-integrated CombiMelt PUR unit makes the Storm+ the ideal machine for kitchen, bathroom and laboratory furniture. PUR adhesive forms waterproof joints that hold permanently even in wet environments. Unlike EVA joints, the PUR bond does not swell and remains invisible for years.
Complete production line with return conveyor
Combined with TRANSlift or TRANSedge, the Storm+ becomes the heart of a complete edgebanding line. Automatic workpiece return enables operation with just one operator and maximizes throughput.
