Gannomat dowel drilling machines (DB 21-27-35 and DB 21-27-35 WA) are classic multi-spindle drilling machines for carcass sides, back panels and furniture parts with standard hole patterns. The digits 21-27-35 stand for three model variants with corresponding spindle counts. The WA variant features automatic workpiece feeding for higher throughput. For joinery shops and mid-sized furniture manufacturers, these machines have been industry standard for decades — high reliability, simple operation, good serviceability. Asamer supplies the DB series for CZ, SK and HU including setup to your hole spacings.
Dowel drilling machine vs. CNC machine
Dowel drilling machines are optimised for standard hole patterns — faster and cheaper than CNC machines. For high variant counts or unusual drilling patterns, CNC is the better choice.
