The Gannomat DB 21-27-35 WA is the variant of the classic DB dowel drilling machine with integrated workpiece automation. A conveyor automatically guides workpieces to the drilling position; after drilling, they are ejected and the next part runs in — without the operator having to load manually. The WA system doubles to triples daily throughput compared to the manual DB variant and reduces personnel requirements to monitoring and loading the feed magazine. The WA variant is suitable for furniture operations that want to raise their standard drilling production to higher output without immediately switching to CNC drilling machines. Asamer supplies the DB 21-27-35 WA as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including setup and training.
Applications
For medium series production
When the manual DB variant becomes a bottleneck but the step to CNC automation is too large, the WA version offers the right compromise. It processes uniform series with high throughput at manageable investment.
For relieved operation
Thanks to workpiece automation, permanent loading and removal is eliminated. The operator focuses on quality control and supply — ergonomics and employee satisfaction increase significantly.
Buying Guide
The DB 21-27-35 WA is the right choice when you want to raise throughput in standard series production without switching to CNC. For smaller quantities, the manual DB 21-27-35 is sufficient; for high-variant production, a CNC drilling machine is the better choice. At very high volumes with stable programs, the ProLine 50 or the Vantage is more economical.
