The Gannomat DB 21-27-35 is a classic dowel drilling machine for carcass sides, back panels and other furniture parts with standardised hole patterns. The designation 21-27-35 refers to spindle count in the three model variants. The more spindles, the more holes are drilled in one stroke — and correspondingly faster the cycle time. The DB series has been used by many joinery shops and furniture operations for decades due to its high reliability, good serviceability and simple operation. Asamer supplies the DB series for CZ, SK and HU including setup to your hole spacings and operator training.
In standard production of kitchen or office furniture, 32 mm hole grid is the industry standard. The DB series is optimised for this grid and delivers the required drillings in short cycle time. For larger quantities, the step to the WA variant (with workpiece feeding) makes sense.
The DB 21-27-35 is the right choice for medium production with standard hole patterns. For higher throughput, the WA variant with automatic workpiece feeding is worthwhile; for high variant counts, a CNC model.
