The OTT Tornado+ is the most proven model in the OTT edgebanding machine range and has been a bestseller among medium-sized joinery and furniture workshops for years. At 6.2 metres in length, it offers an excellent compromise between compactness and capability. The machine processes edge thicknesses from 0.3 to 15 mm on board thicknesses up to 60 mm at feed speeds of 12 to 18 m/min.
The versatile equipment of the Tornado+ makes it the ideal choice for operations with varying requirements. Whether thin ABS edges for batch production or thick solid wood edges for custom work, the Tornado+ switches quickly between different materials and thicknesses. Standard equipment includes joint processing, edge magazine, CombiMelt glue system, trimming unit, milling unit and scraper blade.
The Tornado+ can be extended with the TRANScompact return conveyor into an efficient throughfeed line.
