In Detail
The OTT Pacific+ is a compact edgebanding machine engineered specifically for craft workshops and small joinery operations. At just 5.7 metres in length, it fits into tight workshop spaces while still delivering a complete edgebanding result. The machine processes edge thicknesses from 0.3 to 15 mm on board thicknesses up to 60 mm at a feed speed of 18 m/min including corner processing. This makes it an excellent choice for daily production of furniture fronts, carcasses and worktops in single-shift operation.
The Pacific+ is equipped with a CombiMelt glue system that handles both EVA and PUR adhesives. This enables moisture-resistant glue joints as required in kitchen furniture and shopfitting applications. Standard equipment includes joint processing, edge magazine, trimming unit K12, milling unit, radius scraper blade and corner rounding AKF. The CombiMelt system can optionally be upgraded for PUR processing.

The Pacific+ is the entry-level model in the OTT range and provides small joinery workshops with everything needed for daily edgebanding. With a feed speed of 18 m/min including corner processing, it achieves practical throughput without requiring investment in a larger machine. Simple operation and compact dimensions make it ideal for workshops with one to three employees.
Kitchen and shopfitting with PUR option
Thanks to the retrofittable CombiMelt PUR system, moisture-proof kitchen and wet-room edges can also be processed with waterproof PUR glue joints. This makes the Pacific+ a versatile solution for workshops producing both standard furniture and kitchen or bathroom cabinetry.
