The Mayer advanced line 250 is the strongest panel dividing saw in its class, setting new benchmarks in industrial panel cutting technology with a 55/75 kW motor, 860 mm saw blade diameter and 270 mm projection. This panel saw was designed for uncompromising industrial production, where maximum cutting performance and highest cut quality matter equally. The 250 mm cutting height and configurable cutting length from 3,200 to 4,200 mm enable the processing of massive aluminium, non-ferrous metal and plastic workpieces that push other machines to their limits. The feed speed from 0.2 to 60 m/min is optimised for heavy-duty cutting: slow, vibration-controlled cuts in thick aluminium and faster passes in plastics. The Dual Servo Drive with separate measuring systems and programmable correction curves guarantees outstanding cutting accuracy even under maximum stress and after thousands of cuts. The heavy machine body absorbs the enormous cutting forces and prevents any resonance vibrations. The advanced line 250 is the machine of choice for aluminium smelters, plastic processing centres and demanding industrial companies.
