The Mayer advanced line 200 is a high-performance panel saw for large-format workpieces of aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastics. With an impressive 200 mm cutting height, cutting length up to 5,600 mm and a 43 kW motor, it is the workhorse for demanding industrial environments. The 670 mm saw blade with 215 mm projection delivers the cutting performance required for massive aluminium stacks and thick plastic blocks. The heavy machine body is engineered for exceptional load capacity and remains absolutely stable even under maximum stress. The Dual Servo Drive system with separate measuring systems guarantees the highest positioning accuracy, and the double pressure beam with laser measurement ensures uniform clamping across the entire workpiece length. The feed speed from 0.2 to 60 m/min allows both slow, burr-free cuts in aluminium and fast throughput with softer plastics. The cutting length up to 5,600 mm opens possibilities in transport, vehicle and container construction, where oversized panels are processed.
