The Mayer advanced line 160 is a multiple award-winning high-performance panel saw with PC control via touchscreen, offering 160 mm cutting height for industrial processing of aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The powerful 35 kW motor drives a 600 mm saw blade with 180 mm projection, delivering the cutting performance required for thick aluminium composite panels, solid plastic blocks and non-ferrous metal workpieces. The cutting length is configurable between 3,200 and 4,200 mm with a feed speed of 0.2 to 60 m/min.
