The Mayer advanced line 130 is a versatile panel saw for aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastics with 130 mm cutting height and integrated extraction. The stable construction combined with vibration-free precision bearings ensures exact results on every cut. The Dual Servo Drive system with two independent servo motors delivers absolute positioning accuracy and enables programmable correction curves for different materials. The 24 kW motor drives a 500 mm saw blade with 142 mm projection, providing the power reserve required for cutting thick aluminium composite panels and solid plastic blocks. The cutting length is configurable between 3,200 and 4,200 mm. The double pressure beam with laser measurement minimises trimming cuts and optimises material consumption. A patented riving knife prevents clamping on panels with high material tension. The integrated extraction keeps the work area clean and meets occupational health and safety requirements. The optional front turntable enables 90-degree repositioning for space-saving flexibility. The advanced line 130 can be custom-configured to customer needs, combining the extraordinary with the useful. The advanced line 130 is ideal for facade builders cutting aluminium composite panels such as Alucobond or Dibond to size. The 130 mm cutting height accommodates thicker composite materials and sandwich panels. The laser measurement on the pressure beam reduces trimming cuts and lowers material costs.
Plastic processing at industrial scale
For plastics processors, the advanced line 130 offers the combination of power, precision and integrated extraction. Solid plastic blocks of polyethylene, polyamide or PTFE are cut as cleanly as thin acrylic sheets. The patented riving knife prevents clamping on materials under tension.
