The Mayer advanced line 100 is the proven classic among panel saws for processing aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastics. With 18/24 kW motor power and a cutting height of 100 mm, this panel dividing saw delivers vibration-free, precise cuts even in demanding materials such as aluminium composite panels, acrylic glass, polycarbonate and rigid PVC. The stable machine construction and excellent saw carriage guidance ensure consistently high cut quality in continuous operation. The cutting length is configurable between 3,200 and 4,200 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to various workpiece formats. The feed speed from 0.2 to 60 m/min is continuously variable and tuned to the special requirements of metal processing; in particular, the low feed speeds enable burr-free cuts in aluminium panels and plastic profiles. Universal roller tables enable single-operator use and the transport of large panels. The advanced line 100 has proven itself in thousands of installations worldwide and is the reliable partner for daily production operations. Applications
Cutting aluminium composite panels
The advanced line 100 is predestined for cutting aluminium composite panels (Alucobond, Dibond and similar). The low feed speed from 0.2 m/min and the 18/24 kW motor produce clean, burr-free cut edges without post-processing. Facade builders and sign makers benefit from the high dimensional accuracy.
Plastic panel processing
Acrylic glass (PMMA), polycarbonate, rigid PVC and other engineering plastics can be cut on the advanced line 100 without burrs or tear-out. The continuously variable feed speed allows optimal adaptation to different plastic types and material thicknesses.
Non-ferrous metal processing
