The Gannomat Vantage 76-152 offers an extended boring range for larger workpieces. Double row boring with greater flexibility in positioning.
The Gannomat Vantage 76-152 is a row drilling machine with 76 to 152 spindles for high-performance series drilling in industrial furniture production. With this spindle count, entire drilling patterns — such as the entire side wall of a wardrobe — are drilled in a single stroke. This is the fastest way to process standard carcass parts with 32 mm hole grid. The Vantage is suitable for manufacturers with high volume demand and low variant diversity; batch-size-1 production is not its field. Asamer supplies the Vantage as authorized Gannomat dealer for CZ, SK and HU including setup and maintenance contract.
In large-series production of standard furniture (wardrobes, shelving, kitchen cabinets), cycle time is the decisive factor. The Vantage reduces the drilling operation to the actual stroke without setup time — in seconds instead of minutes per workpiece.
The Vantage pays off only at very high daily quantities (500+ carcasses). For smaller volumes or more variant-rich production, DB or CNC models are more economical.
Mechanical changeover to different hole patterns 1–4 hours. Therefore the Vantage is only economical with stable production programs.
