In Detail

The Gannomat ProLine 50 is a row drilling machine with 50 spindles — the entry into industrial row drilling. With 50 spindles in one row, it drills a large drilling pattern in a single stroke and is thus significantly faster than multi-spindle drilling machines with 21 or 27 spindles. Compared to the high-performance models of the Vantage series (76-152 spindles), the ProLine 50 is more economical in acquisition and better suited for mid-sized operations that dare the step from classic DB drilling to row drilling. Typical applications: 32 mm hole grid on carcass sides, back panels, shelf boards. Asamer supplies the ProLine 50 as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including setup to your hole spacings and operator training.

Applications

As entry into row drilling

Operations previously working with DB drilling machines that want to increase throughput find in the ProLine 50 the right next step. Cycle time per workpiece drops drastically without creating the complexity of a high-performance line.

For standardised carcass parts

In operations predominantly producing standardised carcass sides and bases, the ProLine 50 plays to its strengths: 32 mm hole grid is drilled completely in a few seconds, changeover is only needed at format change.

Buying Guide

The ProLine 50 is the right choice for mid-sized furniture manufacturers with 100–500 carcasses daily output. For smaller quantities the DB series suffices; for very high volumes (500+ carcasses), choose the Vantage 76-152. With high variant diversity, a CNC drilling machine is more economical.

FAQ

What hole spacings are possible?

32 mm grid standard; special spacings possible through mechanical changeover.

Individual spindle switching possible?

Yes — unneeded spindles can be deactivated. This allows shorter drilling patterns too.

Automatic workpiece feeding?

Optional — with conveyor and return system, fully automatic operation is possible. Asamer plans line integration.
