In Detail

The Gannomat Injecta is a specialised glue injection system for dowel joints with increased strength requirements. While standard glue systems such as the Leimfix apply adhesive onto the dowel or into the drill hole, the Injecta injects the glue under controlled pressure directly into the joint — after the dowel has already been set. The result: a fully filled joint without air inclusions, as is required in wood construction for load-bearing furniture structures, shopfitting and contract interiors or special constructions. The Injecta complements existing Express, Vector or Spectrum lines with this special function where standard glue application is not sufficient. Asamer supplies the Injecta as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including integration into existing production lines.

Applications

For load-bearing wood constructions

In load-bearing furniture, shelving or contract structures, the dowel joint must absorb higher forces. The glue injection of the Injecta creates a fully wetted glue area that often exceeds classic application methods in achievable strength.

For special moisture protection or load requirements

In moist or variable-climate application areas — kitchen furniture, sanitary furniture, outdoor fittings — a hollow dowel joint is vulnerable. The Injecta fully closes the cavity, noticeably increasing joint lifetime.

Buying Guide

The Injecta is a complementary machine for special strength and tightness requirements. For standard carcass gluing, a Leimfix combined with Selekta or Express is sufficient. For load-bearing structures, moist rooms or contract interiors, the Injecta is recommended as an additional station in the line.

FAQ

Which adhesives are suitable?

Typically PUR and EVA systems, matched to the respective application; Asamer advises on selection.

Can the Injecta be integrated into existing lines?

Yes — it slots in as an additional station between dowel insertion and carcass press.

What is the maintenance effort?

Regular nozzle cleaning is important — Asamer provides detailed training on this during commissioning.
