The Gannomat Red Baron P is a proven, purely pneumatic dowel insertion machine for medium-duty carcass production. The P designation stands for the pneumatic drive variant: simple media, clear maintenance, no hydraulics. For many years the Red Baron has been running in European joinery shops and furniture workshops as a robust workhorse for mid-range daily outputs. Its strengths lie in longevity, simple mechanical construction and serviceability — even after years, wear parts can be replaced without proprietary electronics getting in the way. Asamer supplies the Red Baron P as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including installation and operator training.
Applications
For robust everyday workshop use
In workshops with two or three shifts, changing personnel and intensive continuous operation, the Red Baron P is a workhorse. Pneumatic components tolerate dust, temperature fluctuations and occasional operator errors — ideal where availability matters more than peak throughput.
