The Gannomat Express S5 is the top model of the Express series — a semi-automatic dowel insertion machine with five spindles designed for high daily throughput. Setting five dowels simultaneously means shorter cycle times and lower handling effort per workpiece. For carcass manufacturers with series production but without batch-size-1 requirements, the Express S5 is the economical alternative to the CNC-controlled Spectrum or Selekta. The machine works with pneumatic dowel feeding and proven Gannomat drilling units. Asamer supplies and services the Express series for CZ, SK and HU including training and spare parts service.
Applications
For industrial series production
With five simultaneously inserting spindles, the Express S5 achieves throughput approaching fully automatic machines — at significantly lower investment. Ideal for carcass production with limited variant diversity.
Buying Guide
The Express S1–S5 differ in spindle count: S1 for low throughput, S5 for highest. Choose the spindle count based on your daily output. For variant-rich production, a CNC model is the better choice.
