The Gannomat Express S4 is the four-spindle high-performance variant of the Express series and is aimed at carcass producers moving towards industrial series production. Setting four dowels in parallel means significantly higher cycle rates than the S3 — without the investment and footprint of a fully automatic system like Selekta or Spectrum. With the S4, daily outputs of around 500 carcasses per shift are well achievable, more with appropriate feeding. The machine is particularly suitable for furniture manufacturers with stable series, kitchen makers with a high volume share and suppliers with recurring order sizes.
