The Gannomat Express S4 is the four-spindle high-performance variant of the Express series and is aimed at carcass producers moving towards industrial series production. Setting four dowels in parallel means significantly higher cycle rates than the S3 — without the investment and footprint of a fully automatic system like Selekta or Spectrum. With the S4, daily outputs of around 500 carcasses per shift are well achievable, more with appropriate feeding. The machine is particularly suitable for furniture manufacturers with stable series, kitchen makers with a high volume share and suppliers with recurring order sizes. Asamer supplies the Express S4 as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including workstation ergonomics planning and spare parts service.

For series producers with high volume
At daily outputs around 500 carcasses, the Express S4 is optimally positioned — below fully automatic systems but clearly above the mid-range. Four simultaneously setting spindles significantly reduce operating time per workpiece.
As base for a productive pre-assembly line
With infeed, outfeed and downstream carcass press, the S4 forms the backbone of a productive pre-assembly line. The operator focuses on workpiece handling while the machine handles the dowel-setting part at a high cycle rate.
