The Gannomat Express S3 is the three-spindle mid-range of the Express series — the balanced combination of throughput and investment level. Three dowels are set in one stroke, which predestines the machine for daily outputs of up to about 300 carcasses. Typical users are carcass producers with regular series production who neither overstrain the entry-class S1/S2 nor oversize the industrially oriented S4/S5. Triple insertion fits particularly well with standard carcasses featuring three dowel positions per joint line — a scheme widely used in the European furniture industry. Asamer supplies the Express S3 as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including setup, operator training and long-term spare parts service.
With series of several hundred carcasses per day, the third spindle clearly pays off. The S3 offers noticeably more throughput than the S2 without moving into the investment and footprint dimension of the industrial S4/S5.
Many carcass joints use three dowels per side as standard. With the S3, one working step thus means a complete joint point — the number of workpiece handlings decreases and geometry remains consistent.
The Express S3 is the pragmatic choice for series-producing operations up to about 300 carcasses per day. For higher quantities, S4 or S5 is more suitable; for CNC-assisted variant production, the Express S1 CNC or Vector CNC.
