The Gannomat Express S2 RTA extends the RTA functionality to a two-spindle machine — and is thus the first choice for RTA producers with serious throughput demand. The two spindles set dowels and cam connectors alike, which significantly reduces cycle time in typical flatpack carcasses with connector positions on both sides. Manufacturers of kitchen and cupboard kit systems operating in e-commerce or mail order use the S2 RTA to deliver larger quantities economically prepared — without a fully automatic plant, but well above a single-spindle. The machine shares platform and service with the Express series, which simplifies building a uniform workshop environment. Asamer supplies the Express S2 RTA as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
