The Gannomat Express S2 is the two-spindle version of the Express series and thus the logical step beyond the entry-level S1. Setting two dowels in parallel effectively halves the cycle time per carcass — a productivity gain that quickly pays off in operations with a daily output of up to about 150 carcasses. Typical applications are medium-sized joinery shops, kitchen manufacturers in the regional market and furniture operations producing several orders per week on a regular basis. The S2 shares platform, maintenance concept and spare parts programme with the other Express models, so that later expansions or additional machines fit seamlessly into existing workshop processes. Asamer supplies the Express S2 as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
