The Express S1 RTA is specifically optimized for processing RTA fittings (Ready-to-Assemble) – dowels and connecting fittings for flat-pack furniture.
The Gannomat Express S1 RTA combines the single-spindle platform of the Express S1 with a fitting insertion function for ready-to-assemble furniture. In addition to the wooden dowel, the machine also sets cam connectors or similar connectors that allow the end customer or assembler to perform tool-free assembly. For manufacturers of flat-pack furniture operating in mail order or direct sales, the RTA variant is the decisive difference from the standard machine — a single workstation covers dowel and fitting insertion. The S1 RTA is aimed at smaller producers or workshops entering the RTA segment or wishing to extend their existing dowel machine with the fitting function.
