The Gannomat Express S1 CNC combines the proven single-spindle platform of the Express series with a CNC control that enables variable drilling patterns via program selection instead of mechanical changeover. That is the decisive difference from the classic S1: while the standard machine works with fixed hole spacings, the CNC variant can be switched to different carcass dimensions and dowel positions at the push of a button. For joinery shops with a changing order mix — such as built-in furniture, special carcasses or mixed programmes of standard and made-to-measure — this is a genuine productivity gain. The S1 CNC remains a semi-automatic machine: the operator places the workpiece, the CNC control positions. Asamer supplies the Express S1 CNC as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

For variant-rich joinery shops

The Express S1 CNC is the right choice for variant-rich operations with moderate throughput. Anyone producing large series of identical carcasses runs more cheaply with Express S2/S3; for very high variant counts and throughput, Vector CNC or Spectrum are worthwhile.
