The Express 807 is a fitting boring machine for special fitting types and applications beyond the standard Express portfolio.
The Gannomat Express 807 is a special version of the Express series with particularly high spindle count, specifically tailored to certain production tasks. While the classic Express models S1–S5 linearly add more spindles along one axis, the 807 addresses specific drilling-pattern requirements — such as multi-row hole patterns or dense fitting fields that can only be realised with the standard machines through multiple strokes. Typical users are specialised furniture manufacturers, laboratory equipment makers or producers of technical enclosures requiring dowel insertion with increased density. Despite its special configuration, the 807 remains within the proven Express platform design — operation, maintenance and spare parts are compatible with the series models. For workpieces with particularly dense or unusually arranged dowel insertion, standard machines fail due to the geometry. The Express 807 brings the required spindle count from the factory — without compromise in cycle time or operation.
Operations with an already installed Express S2 or S3 often add the 807 for special tasks. Platform uniformity means: same operators, same maintenance, same spare parts stock — commissioning is considerably leaner than with a foreign make.
The Express 807 is a special machine for specific drilling-pattern requirements. For standard carcass production S2–S4 are cheaper; for combined high variant counts and special tasks, Vector CNC or Spectrum is recommended. Asamer advises on the right machine before purchase.
