In Detail

The Gannomat Basica is a very compact, easy-to-operate dowel insertion machine for small joinery shops and entry-level operations. As the entry model of the Gannomat fitting insertion series, it focuses on the essential function: reliable setting of wooden dowels into pre-drilled carcass parts — without complex control and without large footprint requirements. For workshops of up to about five employees or with daily throughput below 50 carcasses, the Basica is the economical solution to step out of purely manual dowel assembly. Operation can be learned in a few hours, maintenance is mechanically simple. Asamer supplies the Basica as authorized Gannomat dealer to Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, including on-site setup and training.

Applications

For small joinery shops and custom work

In single-piece and small-series production — such as built-in furniture or special carcasses — a large CNC system is not worthwhile. The Basica bridges the gap between hand hammer and industrial machine: reliable, reproducible dowel insertion with minimal investment.

For entry into mechanised carcass production

Anyone currently dowelling by hand and wanting to take the next step towards automation finds a gentle entry in the Basica. No new operating personnel, no complex programming — the machine fits into existing workshop processes.

Buying Guide

The Basica is the right choice for small joinery shops up to about five employees and daily output below 50 carcasses. For higher throughput or varied workpiece types, consider the Variabel or Express S1; for series production, the step to S2 or S3 is worthwhile.
