The Gannomat Spectrum is a top-class industrial CNC drilling and fitting insertion machine — designed for highest throughput in series and large-series production of carcass furniture with cam connectors and dowel links. Compared with the Selekta, which is specialised in dowel insertion, the Spectrum combines dowel and fitting insertion in a single line — a key advantage for RTA industrial customers with high volume. The CNC control allows program changes during running operation; integrated workpiece feeding keeps production speed constant even when variants change. The Spectrum is considered the premium solution above the Selekta: more flexibility, more functions, more throughput. Asamer supplies the Spectrum as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary — with a complete commissioning, training and maintenance package.
Applications
For industrial RTA furniture production
The Spectrum is first choice for RTA industrial customers with five-digit daily quantities. Dowels and cam connectors are set in one line — saving an entire processing station compared to separate machines.
As premium complement to the Selekta line
Operations already using a Selekta often extend with the Spectrum into a second production branch for fitting-intensive programmes. Platform similarity simplifies training and spare parts supply.
Buying Guide
The Spectrum is the choice for RTA industrial customers with the highest throughput demands and fitting-intensive production. For pure dowel setting, the Selekta is the better fit; for pure variant diversity without fittings, the Vector CNC is sufficient. For smaller quantities, see the Express series.
