The Gannomat Selekta is a fully automatic drilling, gluing and dowel insertion machine for industrial carcass production. It performs all three process steps in one pass: precise drilling of dowel holes, controlled application of glue and clean insertion of dowels. For furniture manufacturers, kitchen and office furniture producers, the Selekta is the industry standard for short cycle times with consistent quality. The machine processes carcass side panels, bases and tops in a wide format range and can be flexibly programmed via CNC control to different dowel and drilling patterns. Asamer is the authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and delivers the Selekta with consultation, installation, operator training and long-term maintenance contract. Integration with ERP or MES systems is handled by our software team.
In series production of kitchen or office furniture, the Selekta delivers reproducible quality at high throughput. CNC control enables quick program changes between different carcass types, so variant-rich production runs without long changeover times.
Through direct connection to ERP systems, the Selekta can run individual drilling and dowel patterns for every workpiece even in batch-size-1 production. Ideal for supplier operations producing for different furniture manufacturers.
The Selekta is the right choice for medium to large carcass production operations requiring automation and variable production. For smaller operations with manageable variant counts, the Elite is more economical; for highest industrial demands, the Spectrum.
