The Gannomat Index Reihe CNC is a highly flexible CNC-controlled drilling and fitting insertion machine that automatically drills, inserts dowels, fittings and connectors. Designed specifically for highly variable batch sizes, it processes every workpiece according to individual CNC program. Through free axis programmability, the Index Reihe CNC covers complex drilling patterns and mixed fitting insertions — ideal for ready-to-assemble furniture production where every carcass needs different fittings. Asamer supplies the Index Reihe CNC including programming training and integrates it into production lines with conveyors or buffer stations as needed.
Applications
For ready-to-assemble production
In RTA furniture, every carcass receives — in addition to dowels — a variety of fittings: cam fittings, bolts, sleeves. The Index Reihe CNC inserts all these parts in one pass — a quantum leap in efficiency compared to separate processing.
