The Gannomat Elite is a compact semi-automatic drilling, gluing and dowel insertion machine for mid-sized joinery shops and carcass manufacturers. It offers the three central process steps — drilling, gluing, dowel insertion — in a single machine and is significantly more economical than the fully automatic Selekta, with comparable quality. The Elite is particularly suitable for operations with medium daily throughput of several hundred workpieces that want to move away from manual carcass production. Setup and operation are simple enough for use with normally qualified personnel. Asamer supplies the Elite as authorized Gannomat dealer for CZ, SK and HU including training and spare parts service.
The Elite brings the industrial quality standard to joinery shops with 5–20 employees at manageable investment. Throughput and ease of use are significantly above manual carcass production without requiring investment in a fully automated line.
Choose the Elite for medium quantities and limited variant diversity. For high variance and batch-size-1 production, the Selekta with CNC flexibility is better; for high-industrial demands, the Spectrum.
