The Gannomat Selekta HD is the heavy-duty variant of the proven Selekta, specifically designed for the production of doors and window frames. Where the standard Selekta targets furniture industry carcass elements, the Selekta HD processes the significantly heavier and larger workpieces of door and window production: solid door leaves, frame timbers and posts. It combines drilling, gluing and dowel insertion for doors/windows in one automatic pass — optimised for the higher drilling depths, dowel diameters and workpiece masses in door construction. Asamer is authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and supplies the Selekta HD including consultation on tool sets, installation and operator training. Complements such as Injecta HD or Index DW are integrated into the line.
Door leaves with panel filling, framed doors and entrance doors require deep-seated dowel drillings with large diameters. The Selekta HD is designed for these workpieces and achieves reproducible quality in series production — clearly beyond what a standard Selekta could deliver.
In window production, posts, transoms and frame timbers run through the machine — often in different profiles. The CNC control of the Selekta HD stores all common profile types and switches quickly between series via program selection.
The Selekta HD is the first choice for industrial door and window frame manufacturers with medium to high throughput. For special glue joints on load-bearing door constructions, combine the Selekta HD with the Injecta HD; for highly variant-rich CNC programs, the Index DW Reihe CNC is the matching complement.
Door leaves up to approx. 2,400 × 1,200 mm and frame timbers with thicknesses up to 80 mm. Special dimensions on request.
