The Injecta HD is the heavy-duty version of the Injecta glue injection system, optimized for processing door and window elements with larger dowel hole diameters and higher glue volumes.
The Gannomat Injecta HD is the glue injection variant for door and window construction. It works on the same principle as the standard Injecta — injection of glue under controlled pressure after dowel setting — but is designed for the higher loads, larger dowels and deeper drillings in door frames, window frames and entrance door leaves. For load-bearing door constructions, fire and acoustic doors or contract windows, where the dowel joint must absorb high static and dynamic loads, the Injecta HD is the right station in the production line. It complements Selekta HD or Index DW with a fully glued joint without air inclusions. Load-bearing door leaves — such as entrance doors, fire or acoustic doors — must withstand cyclic loads permanently. The Injecta HD secures the dowel joint through complete cavity filling, significantly increasing strength and service life.
Contract windows are often installed under extreme weather conditions. The glue injection protects the joint against moisture and temperature influences — a prerequisite for long service life in passive houses or commercial buildings.
The Injecta HD is not a standalone entry, but the special station in door or window lines with high strength requirements. For standard door production without special static requirements, the Selekta HD alone is sufficient; when the Injecta HD is added, you address market or contract customers with certified requirements.
