The Index DW Series CNC is a specialized CNC machining center for door and window production. CNC-controlled drilling, gluing and dowel insertion in a single operation – optimized for the specific requirements of the DW industry.
The Gannomat Index DW Reihe CNC is a CNC-controlled drilling machine specifically for door and window frames (DW = door/window). While the standard Index Reihe CNC targets furniture and carcass parts, the Index DW Reihe CNC handles the special requirements of door and window production: long frame timbers, posts, transoms and door leaves with complex drilling patterns for fittings, locks and dowels. Full CNC programming enables batch-size-1 production without manual changeover — ideal for contract and order production where every door or window is different. Asamer is authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary and supplies the Index DW Reihe CNC including programming of drilling patterns, ERP integration and operator training.
In contract construction, every door and every window is individually configured: different fittings, dimensions, lock systems. The Index DW Reihe CNC runs every workpiece with its own CNC program — ERP integration delivers the drilling patterns directly from project planning.
Entrance door manufacturers offer hundreds of configurations of panels, handles, locks and glass inserts. The Index DW Reihe CNC drills all necessary openings in exact position — regardless of which configuration is currently produced.
The Index DW Reihe CNC is the right choice when your door or window production is characterised by high variant numbers or individual orders. For uniform standard doors in large series, the Selekta HD is more economical; for special load cases, complement with Injecta HD.
