The Gannomat Twin is a hinge drilling machine with two workstations for industrial front and door production. While the operator loads a workpiece at station A, the machine drills at station B — and vice versa. The result: double throughput compared to the standard hinge drilling machine Expert at the same precision. For kitchen manufacturers, furniture producers and door factories with high front volumes, the Twin is the most economical way to industrialise the hinge cup drilling process. It sets hinge cup holes and bolt holes for all common hinges (Blum, Hettich, Grass, Salice) in exact position without the manual drilling slowing down the cycle through changing stops. Asamer supplies the Twin as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including setup to your hinge standards and operator training.
Applications
For industrial front production
Kitchen manufacturers with several hundred fronts daily quickly reach the throughput limit with a single-station machine. The two-station Twin doubles output at the same personnel level — the ideal solution for growing kitchen manufacturers and industrial producers.
For variant-rich series production
Different programs can run at both stations of the Twin — one station for small kitchen doors, the other for long cabinet doors. Setup times are minimised and personnel utilisation maximised.
