The Gannomat Expert is a hinge drilling machine for professional processing of furniture fronts and doors. It sets precise hinge cup holes for hinges of all common manufacturers (Blum, Hettich, Grass) including bolt holes in one work pass. For kitchen manufacturers, door production and furniture joinery, the Expert is the proven standard tool — faster and more precise than manual marking and individual drilling. Setup to different hinge types is done in minutes. Asamer supplies the Expert for CZ, SK and HU including consultation on hinge selection and setup to your standard types.
Applications
For kitchen production
In kitchen production, many doors use hinge cup hinges. The Expert drills all three cup holes (cup plus two bolts) simultaneously in exact position — subsequent hinge installation is a matter of seconds.
Buying Guide
The Expert is the right choice for operations with regular door or front production. For very variant-rich or special-dimension production, the Twin (with two workstations) is more economical.
