The Gannomat Lift is the standard lifting technology for carcasses in medium-sized furniture and kitchen production operations. It lifts the carcass after dowel setting or pressing to the next processing station or to packaging height — without the operator having to lift heavy loads themselves. This increases daily throughput, relieves personnel ergonomically and reduces back strain in daily production. As a reliable complement to Selekta, Concept Easy/Eco/Primus or as part of a Korpus-Montagelinie, the Lift integrates seamlessly into existing production flows. Asamer supplies the Lift as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including adaptation of conveyor heights to your machines, CE-compliant safety approval and operator training.

Between Selekta and carcass press or between press and packaging, the Lift bridges different conveyor heights. This enables clean line integration without extensive modifications to existing machines.
The Lift is the right choice for medium-sized carcasses up to approx. 60 kg unit weight. For heavier or oversized workpieces (wardrobe carcasses, contract furniture), choose the Lift Jumper. In fully automatic lines, the Lift is a standard component of the Korpus-Montagelinie.
