The Gannomat throughfeed carcass press is a fully self-adjusting carcass press that automatically recognizes each cabinet size. No programming required. Configuration as manual, semi- or fully automatic assembly line is customized to requirements – with options like lifting tables, push-in platforms, AirJet tables, angle transfers and more.
The Gannomat Korpus-Montagelinie is the complete system for industrial carcass production: a continuous production line connecting Selekta (drilling, gluing, dowel insertion), carcass press and transport into a seamless, fully automated plant. Workpieces travel from station to station without manual intervention — drilling, dowel setting, gluing, pressing and handover to subsequent processing or packaging all run in a single cycle. For furniture manufacturers with high daily volumes, the Korpus-Montagelinie is the most economical path to industrial series production: reproducible quality, shortest cycle times, minimal personnel requirements.
