The Concept Primus is the premium solution of the Gannomat carcass presses – designed for industrial series production with highest throughput and automation level.
The Gannomat Concept Primus is a carcass press for industrial bonding and stabilisation of carcasses during dowel drying. After drilling and gluing, carcass parts must be fixed under pressure so the glue cures and a dimensionally stable unit is formed. The Concept Primus handles this step fully automatically: the carcass is fed in, clamped under controlled pressure and released after a defined time. The result: geometrically exact carcasses without manual rework. Asamer supplies the Concept series to furniture manufacturers in CZ, SK and HU including integration into existing production lines.
Applications
For continuous carcass production line
The Concept Primus together with Selekta (dowel setting), transport and packaging forms a continuous production line. In this line, the carcass travels automatically from station to station — at cycle times oriented to industrial output requirements.
Buying Guide
The Concept series has several variants: Concept Easy as entry, Concept Eco for medium throughput, Concept Primus for industrial continuous operation, Korpus-Montagelinie as complete system. Choose based on daily output and variance.
FAQ
What carcass sizes are pressed?
Standard carcasses from approx. 300 × 300 × 300 mm up to about 1,200 × 800 × 600 mm. Special sizes on request.
How long is the pressing cycle?
Depending on glue, 30–90 seconds. The exact time is stored in the control system.
Can the press be integrated into a line?
Yes — infeed and outfeed conveyors as well as ERP connection are standard options. Asamer plans the line individually.
