In Detail

The Gannomat Concept Eco is the semi-automatic carcass press of the Concept series for medium furniture and kitchen manufacturers. It positions itself between the manually loaded Concept Easy and the fully automatic Concept Primus: feeding and alignment of the carcass are machine-assisted, the operator monitors and controls the process. The result is significantly higher daily throughput at consistent quality — without the complexity and investment level of a fully automated line. The Concept Eco is suitable for operations growing from purely craft production into mechanised series production. Asamer supplies the Concept Eco as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including setup to your carcass dimensions, training and maintenance contract.

Applications

For growing kitchen manufacturers

Kitchen manufacturers with daily output of 100 to 300 carcasses achieve the right balance between automation level and investment with the Concept Eco. Semi-automatic loading relieves the operator while operation remains simple.

For variant-rich series production

With changing carcass formats, the Concept Eco offers quick changeover via adjustable stops. The line remains economical even with smaller series — an advantage over rigid full automatics with long setup times.

Buying Guide

The Concept Eco is the right choice for mid-sized operations with growing carcass output. For smaller joinery shops with manual loading, the Concept Easy is cheaper; for industrial continuous production, the Concept Primus or the Korpus-Montagelinie as complete system.

FAQ

How many carcasses per hour?

Typically 20–40 carcasses per hour depending on size and glue.

Is the machine suitable for different adhesives?

Yes — PVA, PUR or EVA systems. Pressing times are stored in the control program.

Can the Concept Eco be integrated into a line?

Partly — with infeed and outfeed conveyors, a semi-automatic line results; for full automation, choose the Concept Primus or the Korpus-Montagelinie.
