The Gannomat Concept Eco is the semi-automatic carcass press of the Concept series for medium furniture and kitchen manufacturers. It positions itself between the manually loaded Concept Easy and the fully automatic Concept Primus: feeding and alignment of the carcass are machine-assisted, the operator monitors and controls the process. The result is significantly higher daily throughput at consistent quality — without the complexity and investment level of a fully automated line. The Concept Eco is suitable for operations growing from purely craft production into mechanised series production. Kitchen manufacturers with daily output of 100 to 300 carcasses achieve the right balance between automation level and investment with the Concept Eco. Semi-automatic loading relieves the operator while operation remains simple.
With changing carcass formats, the Concept Eco offers quick changeover via adjustable stops. The line remains economical even with smaller series — an advantage over rigid full automatics with long setup times.
