The Concept Easy is the entry-level solution in the Gannomat carcass press family. Simple operation and compact design for craft workshops and smaller furniture producers.
The Gannomat Concept Easy is the entry-level carcass press of the Concept series, developed for joinery shops and smaller furniture operations. It handles gluing and stabilisation of carcasses after dowel setting: the carcass is placed manually, clamped under controlled pressure and released after a defined time. Compared to the fully automatic Concept Primus, the Concept Easy is designed for manual loading — ideal for operations that want to move from purely manual carcass gluing to a mechanised solution without investing in a fully automated system. Operating comfort is simple enough for normally qualified personnel. Asamer supplies the Concept Easy as authorized Gannomat dealer for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including training, tool setup and long-term spare parts supply.
Small and mid-sized joinery shops produce kitchen carcasses, built-in furniture or contract interiors in manageable quantities. The Concept Easy replaces the classic clamp method with reproducible machine pressure — with significantly improved angle accuracy and higher daily throughput.
Operations buying a carcass press for the first time appreciate the manageable investment and simple operation of the Concept Easy. With growing throughput, upgrade to the Concept Eco or Concept Primus is possible later.
The Concept Easy is the right choice for joinery shops with manual loading and daily output up to approx. 50 carcasses. For medium throughput, choose the semi-automatic Concept Eco; for industrial continuous production, the Concept Primus or the Korpus-Montagelinie as complete system.
Kitchen and carcass sizes typically from 300 × 300 × 300 mm up to approx. 1,000 × 700 × 600 mm.
A standard workshop compressed air network is usually sufficient; Asamer verifies this on request.
The machine stays as it is; switch to larger Concept models is possible anytime and supported by Asamer.
