The RTS Industrial is designed for industrial production lines with heavy workpieces up to 100 kg. Robust construction for continuous operation with high cycle rates on powerful edgebanders.
The Barbaric RTS Industrial is a high-performance return system for industrial continuous operation at fast edgebanders. It is designed for multi-shift production in furniture plants, building element manufacturing or at large suppliers — with feed speeds up to 60 m/min and cycle times capable of keeping up with the most demanding edgebanders. The RTS Industrial not only transports workpieces back but optionally sorts them by order, places them on buffers or hands them directly to downstream machines such as drilling automats or paint lines. The robust construction is designed for years of uninterrupted production; maintenance intervals are 2000 operating hours. For industrial furniture manufacturers, the RTS Industrial is standard; Asamer realises projects in CZ, SK and HU — including PLC integration, ERP coupling and service contract with response times under 24 hours.
In continuous operation of an industrial edgebander, the RTS Industrial delivers reliably — day and night, 300 days a year. Return speed is dynamically matched to the edgebander cycle time so no back-up occurs. An optional sorting unit places parts directly by order.
The RTS Industrial hands workpieces directly to downstream drilling automats, surface sanders or paint lines — without manual intermediate steps. This creates a continuous production chain from raw part to finished furniture component, ideal for large series production with constant formats.
The RTS Industrial is the right choice for all operations with multi-shift production and fast edgebanders. If you process several thousand parts per day and downtime hurts economically, the robust industrial version pays off compared to the Professional. For smaller operations under 500 parts per day, the RTS Professional is sufficient.
The system is designed for feed speeds up to 60 m/min and can serve even high-quality edgebanders in continuous operation without loss. Exact cycle rate depends on workpiece layout and sorting logic.
Scheduled maintenance is due every 2000 operating hours — about once a year in single-shift operation. Maintenance costs are in the low single-digit thousands per year including service contract and spare parts.
Asamer offers service contracts with response times of 24 or even 4 hours — for industrial customers we recommend the 24-hour contract as minimum standard. Remote diagnostics are part of every contract.
