For special requirements, Barbaric develops custom storage solutions. From unusual panel formats to special materials and individual process requirements – each system is designed precisely to your specifications.
Barbaric special applications in the panel storage area cover individually designed storage installations for special materials, unusual formats or non-standard layouts. Where series solutions like CSF Professional or CSF Industrial reach their limits — for example with extra-long panels, especially heavy or thin materials, worktops with oil finish, or in cramped spaces with many columns — Barbaric develops a tailored solution together with the customer. Typical special applications are storage systems for solid wood panels, mineral material, HPL laminate, glass or composite materials. Hybrid combinations of panel storage and slewing crane, or several small storage zones with a shared handling system, are also realised. Asamer coordinates special projects between customer, Barbaric engineering and suppliers — for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary including project management, installation and service connection.
Glass, stone panels, mineral material or especially thin panels require adapted suction grippers and individual control parameters. Barbaric develops custom-designed vacuum systems and verifies safe handling of each material type in test operation.
Halls with many columns, height differences, adjacent production islands or non-rectangular floor plans require individual crane geometries. Barbaric constructs truss structures and rail routes to fit — standard dimensions do not apply here. Asamer project engineers align the layout with your processes and building structure.
Special applications are the right path whenever you handle atypical materials or your hall does not allow a standard solution. Expect a longer planning phase (three to six months) and individual price calculation. Asamer guides you with project management and experienced Barbaric engineers through the entire process — from feasibility study to commissioning.
Starts with on-site inspection and requirement analysis, followed by a rough concept with cost estimate. After order placement, detailed engineering (3–6 months), manufacturing and pre-assembly in the Barbaric plant, then on-site installation. Asamer handles project coordination for CZ/SK/HU customers.
Special applications typically cost 15–30 % more than comparable series solutions because design and parts are manufactured individually. In return, the system fits your process precisely — whereas standard solutions often entail compromises.
