The Barbaric CSF Professional is a fully automatic panel storage system for joinery shops, furniture manufacturers and mid-sized wood processors. It takes over the entire panel handling process: from goods receipt through sorted or chaotic storage to on-demand feeding of panel saws or CNC machines. The integrated 90° rotation unit (optional 180°) eliminates complex repositioning, while the lateral clearance of only 100 mm makes the system exceptionally space-saving. Typical payback is one to two years thanks to eliminated manual transport, improved material tracking and the option to run in picking mode without a saw. The lateral clearance of just 100 mm allows placement directly against walls and in narrow hall sections. This makes the CSF Professional suitable for existing buildings where expansion is not possible. The storage area can be expanded incrementally as material volumes grow.
The CSF Professional operates as a pure picking warehouse even without a connected panel saw. Panels are retrieved from storage and prepared for dispatch — ideal for panel traders or suppliers who must deliver semi-finished products just-in-time.
Choose the CSF Professional if you need a compact, economical panel storage for trade or mid-sized operations. For high-industrial continuous operation with cycle times below one minute, the CSF Industrial is the better choice; for very high inventories across multiple levels, the CSF Multilevel is the right system.
The CSF Professional is modularly scalable. Typical hall sizes range from 8 × 15 m to 15 × 40 m; the number of storage slots depends on panel format and stack height. We prepare an individual layout after inspecting your facility.
Connection is made via a transfer station with infeed rollers or a cross table. For Mayer, Schelling or Holzma saws we use standardised protocols; for older machines we implement the coupling via PLC signals. Our software team handles the programming.
