The CSF Multilevel optimally utilizes hall height: multiple storage levels stacked vertically maximize capacity with minimal floor space. Ideal for operations with limited floor area and high material volumes.
The Barbaric CSF Multilevel is a multi-level panel storage system for operations with very high material inventories on limited floor area. Instead of expanding the storage footprint horizontally, up to several thousand storage slots are realised on two or three stacked levels. A fully automatic multi-level system with vertical material transport feeds the panel saw or CNC as reliably as a classic flat-layout storage — but fully utilises the air space of your hall. The CSF Multilevel is the right solution for industrial operations and panel traders with a broad décor range that must store ten to twenty thousand panels on a small footprint. Panel traders with several hundred décors require a high number of storage slots at low depth per article. The CSF Multilevel scales via additional levels — without increasing hall area. Chaotic storage ensures optimal area use despite a broad range.
If a hall expansion is not possible due to building restrictions or property constraints, the CSF Multilevel provides the second or third storage level in height. This doubles or triples capacity on the same footprint — typical payback remains at one to two years since savings scale accordingly.
Choose the CSF Multilevel if you need more than several thousand panel storage slots and have no horizontal area left. For smaller inventories, the CSF Professional is sufficient; for industrial continuous operations on existing footprint, the CSF Industrial. Typically two or three levels are realised. More levels are technically possible but depend on ceiling height and structural constraints. Asamer prepares a feasibility study after inspecting your hall.
Typically the existing industrial hall floor slab is sufficient; the additional levels stand on steel structures whose loads are introduced punctually into the floor. Asamer verifies the statics and coordinates with your building planner if needed.
Vertical panel transport between levels is handled by a lift system with cycle times in the seconds range — sufficient to serve demanding cycle times of the connected saw or CNC. Throughput rates match those of a classic flat-layout storage.
