The Barbaric CSF Industrial is a high-industrial panel storage system designed for continuous operation in large furniture plants, supplier operations and panel finishing facilities. Movement speeds up to 150 m/min and cycle times below one minute enable continuous material flow to several panel saws or CNC centres simultaneously. The crane bridge spans up to 25 metres, storage area up to 25 × 70 metres — with several thousand storage slots depending on stack height. Chain and belt conveyors can be integrated directly, as can chaotic storage, multi-panel handling and sorted stacking. The CSF Industrial is deployed worldwide by renowned industrial enterprises. Asamer realises industrial projects for customers in CZ, SK and HU including general planning, ERP/MES connection and long-term maintenance contracts.
The CSF Industrial feeds multi-shift production lines with panel material. Multiple retrieval points can be served in parallel; prioritisation is driven by the ERP order backlog. Ideal for kitchen, office furniture or mattress manufacturers with several thousand panel movements per shift.

The CSF Industrial is the first choice for industrial continuous operations with high material throughput and ERP integration. If your material volume exceeds several thousand panel movements per week, this system class is essentially unavoidable. For smaller operations, the CSF Professional is more economical.
Depending on hall layout and cycle time requirements, the CSF Industrial can supply two to four panel saws in parallel. Connection is made via chain or belt conveyors with intelligent control that assigns priorities based on order status.
Yes — chaotic storage is the core principle of the CSF Industrial. Every panel is measured during storage and receives a digital slot without sort constraints. This increases space utilisation by up to 30 % compared to sorted storage.
Connection to SAP, Navision, Infor or custom ERP systems is made via standardised interfaces (OPC-UA, REST API, XML exchange). The Asamer software team programs the integration and also handles maintenance during ERP updates.
