The LPS Labeling Printer automatically labels panels before cutting – as a complement to the panel storage system. Each panel receives its identification for seamless traceability throughout the production process.
The Barbaric LPS is an automatic door labeling system for production lines in industrial door manufacturing. The system prints and applies shipping, article or transport labels with barcode and optional RFID directly on doors or their packaging — fully automatically and at up to 1,000 labels per hour. Data is imported from the ERP or MES system, so each door is uniquely assigned to order item, customer and dispatch batch. The LPS integrates seamlessly into Barbaric door storage, panel cutting lines or picking stations. Mislabeling, manual typing errors and labor-intensive re-sorting are eliminated. Asamer supplies the LPS as authorized Barbaric dealer for door manufacturers in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary — including ERP integration, barcode/RFID setup and commissioning.
Applications
For shipping and batch labeling
Every produced door receives a label with order number, customer address and shipping information directly after manufacturing or during packaging. Assignment to the ERP item is unambiguous — when scanning at the loading dock, the system confirms the correct door for the correct shipment. Delivery errors measurably decrease.
For RFID-based traceability
With the optional RFID equipment, every door receives a unique transponder that can be read along the entire value chain — from goods receipt through assembly and storage to the construction site. For manufacturers of fire protection or project doors, this is an important argument vis-à-vis planners and general contractors.
Buying Guide
The LPS is worthwhile for door manufacturers with more than a few hundred doors per day that must label and ship order-specifically. For smaller series or purely manual production, a manual label printer is sufficient. If you additionally need traceability for fire protection or project doors, choose the RFID variant. FAQ
Which label formats and printing technologies are possible?
The LPS operates with thermal transfer or direct thermal printing and supports common label sizes from small (DIN A7) to large (DIN A5). Special labels such as weather-resistant or security film are qualified on request. Asamer aligns the configuration to your application.
How is the LPS connected to our ERP system?
Connection is via standard interfaces such as REST, OPC-UA or CSV import depending on the ERP. For SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, proAlpha or industry-specific systems such as KlaussnerPRO we use proven connectors. Asamer coordinates programming with your IT team.
How high is availability in production operation?
The LPS is designed for multi-shift operation and achieves typical availability above 99%. Standard label rolls last several hours, and changeover happens without stopping the line. Asamer offers maintenance contracts with response times from 24 h in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
