CNC feeding + stacking of processed doors
BARBARIC TMP Türenmanipulator is a door handling for automated handling of doors and door leaves. Asamer delivers, installs and services BARBARIC systems in CZ, SK and HU.
The TMP door manipulator automates CNC machine feeding and stacking of processed doors. Fast and compact systems for higher productivity and reduced operator workload.
Send inquiryBARBARIC systems like the TMP Türenmanipulator feature open interfaces to machine manufacturers. Our software team extends this to your ERP or production system.
Learn moreThe Barbaric TMP buffer conveyor decouples stations in a production line — so that short stoppages at one machine do not block the entire material flow. The TMP picks up finished workpieces from an upstream station (e.g. edgebander or drilling automat), buffers them in between and hands them over to the downstream station as needed. This significantly increases overall line availability: instead of all machines standing still when one stops, the others continue working as long as the buffer contains material or has space. Typical buffer capacities are 20–50 workpieces depending on configuration and workpiece size. For industrial furniture production lines and suppliers with linked processes, the TMP is an economical element for increasing availability. Asamer plans and supplies TMP buffer conveyors for CZ, SK and HU — including control integration.
In a chain of edgebander, drilling automat and paint line, the availability of the overall system is the product of individual availabilities — a TMP buffer conveyor between stations cancels this calculation and raises line availability from typically 85 % to over 95 %.
Adjacent machines often work at different cycle times: the edgebander is faster than the downstream drilling automat, or vice versa. The TMP buffers this difference and allows each machine to run at its optimal operating point — without mutual blockage.
The TMP is always economical when two or more machines are linked and one machine regularly has short stops (tool change, refilling, operator intervention). In multi-shift production, the TMP typically pays off within one year through higher line availability. Asamer calculates ROI based on your availability data.
