The Barbaric CSF Industrial for doors is a fully automatic door storage system for industrial door production. Unlike classic panel storage, fully machined doors with mounted fittings, seals or handles are stored and picked safely — without damaging sensitive surfaces or attached parts. The vacuum crane picks up each door individually, moves it with low acceleration to the target storage location and sets it down precisely positioned. Chaotic storage by order number combined with sorted picking enables order-specific dispatch grouping. Typical applications are entrance door manufacturers, interior door plants and industrial door producers with a wide variant mix. Fully manufactured doors with fittings, sealing profiles or cylinder locks must be stored damage-free until dispatch. The CSF Industrial for doors picks up each door with a fitting-safe suction system and stores by order — so when called off, the complete order is ready for shipment.

Via ERP integration, the storage system knows which doors belong to which shipment. The vacuum crane retrieves the needed doors in correct order to the loading station — without manual search or mix-up risk. This reduces misdeliveries and significantly accelerates dispatch.
